I like Chuck Norris for more than one reason. The first is that he rides no ones coat tails. I have never heard him talk about his instructor nor promote him. He is his own man. I like that. Stand on your own abilities and as Fleetwood Mac Says, Go your own way. His instructor did a good job! Taught him and let him fly the nest without using him as a step ladder to gain fame. I acknowledge my instructor(s) but I am my own man. I dont push it in peoples faces of who I trained under. People will see with their own eyes that you are trained well or not and that you learned it well and apply it properly. Yes....I do step on toes and hurt peoples feelings. I need the truth, not legends or hearsay. Give it to me straight. I will respect you a whole lot more even if its not what I want to hear....it will be what I need to hear to become a better man.
