I like George Lucas and his movies, special effects, Star Wars characters, Fast Times at Graffiti High car, him as an executive producer, co-production of the Indiana Jones movies, his light sabers, his white hair, his land speeder, Darth Vader, Yoda, young Indy, Old Indy, middle-aged Indy, Stormtroopers, his successful use of Sean Connery, and even the Temple of Doom (yes, I might be the only one who liked that film).... BUT I do not like his limited abilities as a Director (over use of the wipe method to transition between scenes in virtually all of his films), Star Wars - Episode I, his over-reliance on Star Wars as a cash-cow, his sale of Lucas Films to Disney, his cameo appearances, his talking points on his childhood dreams, his friendship with Spielberg, Jar Jar, over-use of Green screen, Hayden Christensen AND his epic fail of pitting San Francisco against Chicago. This is the day when we will remember that the END IS NEAR. CHICAGO OPEN SPACE ADVOCATES, PLEASE RISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
