I like any core exercise that keeps me under constant tension, because the muscle fatigue will set in earlier, without me needing to do hundreds of reps. Here is one I tried out today: This one is pretty simple, all you have to do is set yourself up on a GHD machine like you would for a regular GHD situps. The difference with this is you will perform four situps with a very small range of motion, think about going from up below parallel to parallel, or slightly above. Once you complete the four mini-reps, do a full rep. This combo of four mini situps and one full situp counts as ONE rep, so do a total of four reps for 3-5 sets and see how your core feels for the rest of the day.
