I like good conversations with good food. When im out of town for talks, hosts never fail to provide that. From the mountains of Baguio to coastal City of Zamboanga and all places in between, great food and great conversations are guaranteed. Filipinos are just excellent hosts. So if i dont do something fast, really fast, ill soon be a staggering lump of fat. Just two weekends in a row, with still several more coming, and Im already 8 pounds over. Im happy though. I just need to exercise doubly hard. Because i dont want to disappoint hosts with- im watching my calories. I should run like a marathoner so i could eat like a sumo. Not sure if thats possible, but who knows.:)
