I looked up the issue in all the time I could afford, and found a description from News Herald saying: It voted YES, residents would vote for the sale, lease or transfer of city park land in a November general election before any development can take place in the future. If voted NO, the city can pursue the lease, sale or transfer of city park land for development without a general election vote. Is that not correct? If its not, please explain what about it is incorrect and list your source(s). Until then, I will believe the only source Ive found that explains it.
