I like the metaphor of the process of a caterpillar turning into a butterfly. While the caterpillar is in its cocoon it appears, all its caterpillar DNA/RNA begins to break down. During this process, according to Dr Bruce Lipton, seemingly out of no-where new cells emerge. They are neither caterpillar, nor butterfly cells; and have been namedimaginal cells, as they appear to be potential butterfly cells. During this (chaotic) process, the imaginal cells begin to change the cells around them and once this is accomplished, the butterfly emerges as a completely new creature. I can see many similarities between this process and the changes (and resistances) happening on this planet at this time. Change is a constant, yet we have a choice whether to be part of the positive change, or not. As Tony puts it, we can cling to the broken systems of the past, or embrace the evolution of the human narrative. As Gandhi put it be the change we wish to see in the world...
