I like this, I find my body does best on about 80% raw, and I think me internally demonizing cooked foods and being fearful of eating them and feeling like they are not as good causes me more trouble. I love broccoli and cauliflower lightly steamed but am not so huge on it raw, so if lightly steaming them adds more veggies to my plate then thats the best for me, I also enjoy steamed sweet potato and baked squash and millet and since I feel good and energized after eating them I doubt they are doing me harm. So I suppose as long as Im getting a good variation of foods and a variation of raw and cooked than Im doing okay.
