I like this post from a reviewer of a book on Amazon: If only medicine was replaced by a society invested in free healing and a sense of shared existence. If only this world were such a place. Brief Rant on Government Corrupted by Corporate Money: Were surrounded by the machinery and mechanical infrastructure of a mechanized ethos. Western society has been corrupted into the form of an open air prison work camp. Our lives are controlled by the elite ruling class at the top of a capitalism pyramid. Were in an upside land where everything is the mirror opposite of what it purports to be: the defense department exists to invade other countries; the FDA exists not to protect the consumer, but to protect the companies selling to consumers; the patent office exists not to protect the intellectual property of the individual inventor, but to empower the richest companies to force their way into control of any market that serves their interests; the courts exist not to protect the citizen by rule of law, but to enforce the rule of the corporations by force of punishment and overwhelming financial resources; and the police exist not to serve and protect the people, but, as with all the examples, the exact opposite of their stated role. The USA was overthrown by an ideological shift to empires and Corporatocracy -- government of the people, by the corporations, for their profit. Just look at the oppressive force holding down anyone trying to raise awareness of natural ways to heal and to preserve long, healthy life. Back to topic: How does someone do the R&D of Burzynski or provide the services and perpetuate the legacy of knowledge of Gerson without revenue? How do the employees get paid? Where do their careers take them? Ive never heard of Gerson turning away anyone in need and they charge only a few dollars for their core information and education (I think Ive paid them around $75) which has been all Ive need to open my eyes. But their clinic in Mexico is an expensive to provide such intensive care. I imagine the same is true for Burzynski. Worse still, just look at how the pharmaceuticals industry crushes any opposition to its revenues. Just this week Johnson & Johnson paid their way out of responsibility for their crimes and corruption to the tune of a mere $2.2B with the US Government ... thats only one of 60 countries where that one company does business. Factory products being sold as food and industrial chemicals sold as medicine is a global scam. People are the cattle to the slaughter. Why else do we have such a big industry predating on chronic illness and long term chemical dependency? Its all about the money.
