I like to do heavy squats maybe once a week, once a week I will also train my legs like this, a few things see how I dont rest at the top of the movement , the pace was a little faster then it should of been but I still had control of the weight. You wanna aim for about 20 , an if you got more in you keep going. Its good to be strong but to build an appealing physique its not all about lifting as heavy as you can for a couple or reps. Its about building the muscle to mind connection an working the muscle until it gives up, not your mind saying yep thats ten reps.
