I like to record my sessions because I get to watch them later & critique my performance. I still have so much room for improvement & that excites me to no end. Today,. I got to visually see how much more weaker I am on my lift side. My left knee kept caving into the center on lift off. Thank gawd I have a good trainer who mentally prepares me for each exercise & is able to redirect when needed. If your trainer doesnt tell you what muscle that exercise is working or isnt involved in your overall performance, then start asking questions!. Youll never know how to get better unless you know where your weak points are. Anywayyyz,, I got a good workout today.., pushed thru & gave my all in each set. .. Back again tomorrow! #keepingthedreamalive #sumosquats
