I like to think of myself as the Bridget Jones of the fitness world.. when I say this, I mean Im down to earth.. A bit eccentric even... Ive been known to do Bootcamps in my slippers,.. One things for sure ...I dont parade round In designer gym wear.. Your more likely to see me in a $8 pair of trakky bottoms and a baggy t shirt,...Im not all skin and bone nor am I muscle bound, Im just normal me, that consists of some muscly bits and some wobbly bits..I have no idea what the last set of nike trainers are called,..that stuff doesnt float my boat... I dont excel at one particular thing,,, Im good at lots things and need to improve at others . Even PTs cant do everything perfectly or at max speed/ weight. Ive farted during a deadlift and sweat angeld after a workout, Ive drunk someone elses protein shake and Ive done a hours workout trying to hold up my pants... I guess I just want my prospective new clients to know theres no airs and graces with me,.. Im the most down to earth person youll meet .. I have an awful lot of good and mega bad life experience and that is what makes me not give a rats bottom anymore about people judging me... Im not a stereotypical PT by any means but the 100s of clients I get,..stay .. And they stay a long time .. So either Im doing something right, or theyre losing 30+kgs with me out of sympathy!...
