I like to track macronutrients vs counting calories and use measuring cups to count out my portions. I have a set number for each one that I try to reach everyday. Numbers for protein/carbs/fats are different for everyone and depend on your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) and fitness goals. You can track them on apps like myfitness pal or write them down like me! This is not a full day for me as I still have dinner to account for with just enough room for a snack later :) Its not necessarily what you eat, its how much you eat that charges your physique. All things in moderation. I love living a healthy happy balanced life!
