I listen to the piano play Today I hope things go my way A writers delight Despite the wind has gone missing I can no longer fly my kite Im still motivated no love lost I will not be defeated at any cost The guitar plays my favorite tune I need to clean my room The most organized dysfunction They say your house is a reflection of your life If you go by my bedroom then the author of this quote must be right Calm like the ocean I cant avoid the rage in my sea My muse will continue to inspire me Our story will make me rich Im one of many who dare to dream I dont have a desire to quit Burning the midnight oil and all that comes along with it Writing through my pain this is my therapy I will never understand the man who continues to announce he has my back When I needed his support his words ran flat His presence was far and few between Now Im suppose to believe him That walk of life is dim I dont need him or his inconsistent support I will gladly take a plan B in order to abort I listen to the violins They play beautifully with the beat of my drum Im different and Im glad I stand out If you read to comprehend the words I write they will tell you what I’m all about ~SJ
