I literally have not stopped eating since like 7pm last night!!! Its so bad!! You guys wouldnt believe me if I told you the amount/types of foods I have consumed in the past 24 hours. Pretty sure Ive eaten more than all my family COMBINED!!! I totally have NOT practiced what I preach (moderation, self control, etc ). But its not my fault .. my taste buds went psycho!!! My mama has all my favorite sweets/foods just laying around 24/7!!! Christmas dinner, chips, guac, salsa, cheese ball, chocolate fudge, peanut butter fudge, peanut butter roll, etc. And it is set up in every room, haha!! So everywhere I go my favorite goodies are there .. screaming at me ... saying Its okay .. just break off one little piece :) Well ...those little pieces quickly result in entire pieces being gone, haha! Tomorrow I will make myself pay big time for this nonsense. I apologize for not being a good example today, haha! Back to being a health freak tomorrow.
