I live in Houston and dont go to Smithers as often since winter is upon us. But I purchased a pair of Sony headphones from The Source last year. I purchased 3 replacement warranty at that time. Today I went in and the man looked on my file and realized the headphones I Purchased were phased out. No questions asked he gave me a new set New generation headphones to replace my old ones. He took the extra 15 minutes to make sure I was covered!! Theres a good reason why I continue to go there for my electronic things. Thanks guys from the source!!! ☺️
