I lived through this sitting next to a 7/11 waiting on the newspaper kids to take them out for their routes. As I sat there, the van began to rock, thinking the kids were jumping on the bumper I looked in my rear view to see no one...then looked out my side window and saw the power poles swaying. The rest of the week most folks worked from home, transportation was disrupted and I spent my mornings shooting photos of the devastation. We lived on the TV and taped 3 days of it as well as bought all the major local papers for a week. I have all this still today.
