I look at our young men these days...and I wanna save them all..especially in #Algiers...yesterday I had a intervention wit the boys at my school...I stressed the importance of respecting all authority,treatment of our young ladies,hygiene,staying focus and removing the bit**ness (attitude and disrespect) from their spirit..during that convo,found out a lot of them dont have #Fathers at home,but have strong moms...and thats awesome,but some times the moms be so concerned wit having their son dressing nice,speaking out,and being cute,that they actually open a door for her son not to respect men...my childhood coaches was the Men that got the Softness outta me...please moms,dont let your sons be showered wit so much love that he grows up to think its all about him... Im glad Im in a position to help develop our boys..from giving them props and love,to snapping on them and going off when they outta pocket...I feel its my job on the slick...#MyHood #MyKids #MyTown #MyBelieves #MyJob #LINK #GFLY
