I looked on RMLS and my original home I sold that I loved is so cheap right now, I bought it when I was 8 months pregnant with my middle son 15 years ago. I am a Native Oregonian and grew up in Rockwood (Porrtland). I had just graduated from college and got the corporate gig, I loved that little house, every room was painted and I hand painted the outside. I loved my neighbors and my mortgage was great. Then houses started to appreciate and I got greedy and sold it for double and bought a big fat house a mile away. Two months later the housing market crashed and I lost $70,000, I lost my life savings. I saw my original house is now stark white, striped of personality and is cheaper now than my rent. Be very careful of what the American dream means to you. Chase Manahatten Mortgage and Bank of America, go suck it.
