I lost 60 lbs and have gotten pretty muscular... not with a fancy powder, a crash diet, nor some trick I read on facebook.... There is no trick. Eat healthy. If you dont know the difference or you would rather do any of the above three over sweat and good food choices then slap yourself.... really, really hard. High protein, moderate carbs, more vegetables than fruit, and both of those more than the first two. You didnt earn a dessert because you cut calories. Dont cut calories. Your body uses calories. Cut sugar and toxins. If you smoke then quit. If you cant do both then cut sugar first. Yea, its that bad, and youll probably be an asshole for a bit so at least we can send you outside. When you go to the gym if you arent sweating then you arent working, you can say im wrong but youre only lying to yourself.
