I lost 60 lbs back in 2007 after building some really poor eating and non-existent exercise habits. This article peaked my curiosity because I wanted to see if I personally agreed with their tips. I do for all but one. Im not a huge fan of cutting food off at a certain time. I know there are some who totally do this, and good for them. But I fel if it fits within your macronutrients, and you are eating the right things, eating a last smaller snack before bed can be extremely beneficial (think protein to help your aching muscle grow). Anyway, food for thought.
