I lost critical Acadian matches on my African American paternal - TopicsExpress

I lost critical Acadian matches on my African American paternal side. I know some are valid because I checked some of them at Gedmatch, and there is triangulation. Heck...Some match my paternal aunt whose AncestryDNA results that I got today. I discovered that most of my paternal Acadian segments came from my paternal grandmother after comparing my paternal aunts DNA to my DNA and my Acadian segment matches. My father and my aunt were maternal halfsiblings. One of the main problems with ancestry people is that they lack genealogical empathy. If they had it, they would consider the genealogical challenges that certain groups have and they would do things to help and not to hinder. Having people only rely on family trees is not helpful. It hinders people from finding their ancestral roots. Providing a chromosome browser would be helpful. The combination of family trees (well-developed and accurate ones..that is) and chromosome browser can be very helpful. https://youtube/watch?v=GSnGzLCgmw0
