I lost my last grandparent today..well..yesterday. I went about today business as usual.. My life is work... I felt it as my night shift ended and more so talking to a friend who is losing his mother soon... it makes me remember things Id rather not remember but I wont forget.. I loved my grandmother and Im very sad I havent had the time to make it to Kentucky to see her or anyone for that matter.. I will miss her and all the awesome soup she made me as a child.. The smiles she had..the love she had for me and my family.. I wish i could have shown her great grand kids.. But alas I couldnt... It will bare on my mind.. To my grandmother.. I hope you are in a better place with your son.. My father.. I will see you when I see you... It wont be soon but eventually... Love you..
