I lost one 4 roll of charmin ultra strong from the local ralphs earlier this evening. it was like $4.35.. I was tired and either left it at the store or perhaps even on top of the Volvo. Ive since went back and bought another. Im giving this missing package to the spirits, the fates, and the universe. its just not worth losing sleep over. I also lost $5.00 dollars once over at that same ralphs. Im telling myself same thing with regards to both incidents. that if thats all Ive lost (stuff wise and money wise in the last 17 years living here and 19 years clean and sober I consider myself quite lucky and very fortunate). even my backing into the poor gentlemen behind me thing (which the AAA insurance at least made him whole again by fixing his car) Im saying was also simply an accident. that backing up thing with his car was also me simply trying to do something to fast that day. I was trying to get a boom box for my neighbor bud (and so eventually did too a really nice new one from the burbank radio shack on victory and buena vista. I write these things down and remember them (just to remind myself thats its okay to be human). Yup. :)
