I love BBall...Lots of effort in many quotas going to waste...My Opinion is we need to develop right from youth....A CULTURE... Sports has to be respected right from schools...If we are going to get anywhere...we will have to invest in sports..everywhere...and come up with a good long term plot....this involves all of Us... i pose the Question What are you doing for sports wherever you are...?When was the last time you bought your child a ball?etc..how is your local pitch...?Are you involved in any form of sports?or its Management?Join a local team...create one if theres none...In everything only the most committed succeed...The Fame,Money,Glory...is just but a bonus to the selfless....No single person has a solution...but combined we can surmount these challenges...we need to ensure that all budget holders be they school heads...corporates heads..etc...factor in sports in their annual budgets....!KBF needs Money to manage the game...Sponsorships are inadequate...the solution is in the Culture.. If this takes 5 Years,10 Years...to develop ...then thats What it will take but it must start...Those Who start May not necessarily finish.....Sports Vision 2030...
