I love Nigeria and Nigerians so much. But somehow, I hate their love for violence and their poverty of the mind. It is amazing to see Christians believe that all Jews are Christians, and thus, whatever they do is Christianity. It is so stupefying to also see Muslims believing that all Arabs are Muslims, and so, whatever they do is Islamic. Some years ago, a man in Europe, not even Africa, drew a cartoon of the prophet of Islam and Christians in Nigeria were targetted. Lately, a group of Shiite Muslims were involved in a conflict with soldiers where lives were lost. Do you know how the soldiers and the Shiite Muslims met? The soldiers met the Shiite Muslims protesting against the Israel-Palestine conflict. And some Christians and Muslims started insulting each other on Facebook. This is another foolish thing we like doing because of our sheer ineptitude. I dont know when Arabians do their own protest against crisis related to Muslims in Nigeria. BUT ONE THING I KNOW IS THAT, THE INSECURITY IN NIGERIA HAS BEEN CLAIMING THE LIVES OF MUSLIMS ALSO. SO, WHY ARE WE NOT MARCHING FOR OUR MUSLIM BROTHERS DYING HERE, BUT THAT OF PALESTINE? Nigerians will never learn.
