I love a challenge!! When someone tells me that something is not possible... and I believe that it is... I ask questions and seek answers and it really pays off in the long run!! Better results... low cost... Some examples are: 1.) Bought (10) acres in Bossier Parish... but taxes were higher... I did research to find that they were a lower rate a few years before... Had the property reclassified as timber... and the taxes went from $800 +/year to $20/year... 2.) I have been battling my floors... I wanted to refinish them... but so many people told me that it could not be done... I had floor companies take my wood planks and tell me that they could not sand them... I got on my hands and knees and started scraping them... realized that it would take forever... and so, I did a search online and had a few more floor companies give me a quote... Carter Hardwood Floors asked for a wood plank... took it with them... sanded it... refinished it and showed me the results... and here we are... I am looking forward to new challenges in life!! It makes it all worth while!! Something fun & exciting!! A breakthrough...
