I love being at the farmers markets, such a great place, and social scene too! Our little yogurt gnocchi demo/sampling went well, we met a lot of new friends. Young Chef Emma worked her magic with some winter radish which make the gnocchi sing. After a while, her brother Young Chef Kaden came in and took the baton. Now on to service for tonight. Tomorrow, Ill be at the Regata serving raw flounder with nitro-frozen dashi, pickled mushrooms, and dehydrated brussels sprout leaves. And I believe I put myself up for auction too... uh oh.. See you in the kitchen
