I love being home with my lady, but if I couldnt be home...The next best thing is opening new concepts in the hospitality industry. I am truly lucky to be part of a company that lets me do my thing....Game of Mentor (outside Cleveland) is about to open it kitchen with a from scratch menu and awesome craft beers on tap. I am proud to say I designed the bar and kitchen, along with the bar menu and put some input on the food menu. I dont mind working late when I am crushing life...Please be ready for some turkey outfit pics and video b/c I have finally found a reason to bring them back from the dead!!!!
