I love chocolate, which happens to also be my downfall when watching what I eat. So as a cake baker and decorator, Ive come up with my own version of a sugar-free, fat-free chocolate dessert. Simple, easy and quick to make. Oh and it tastes fantastic! I used four simple ingredients: Jello brand Chocolate fat-free Instant Pudding Cool Whip fat-free whipped cream 2% milk Kelloggs Protein bar. Prepare pudding per instructions on the box. I used a single serving dessert cup (small) placing about 4 Tablespoons in cup. Next use about 2 Tablespoons of fat-free whipped cream. Chop 1\4 of the Kellogg protein bar, then sprinkle on top. Let dessert set in refrigerator for 30 minutes then serve. Tastes delicious, fat-free, filling and all under 70 calories!
