I love connecting with so many people that want more from life and from themselves and they are actually prepared to take action and do something about it... Its so easy this time of year to only think of others and not think about yourself and what you really want. There is a reason that when the oxygen masks on a plane come down they tell you to put yours on 1st before helping anyone else! How are you putting your oxygen mask on for yourself? If you are feeling unhappy, unmotivated, overweight, struggling to earn enough money to get ahead etc... What actions are you taking to fill yourself with the oxygen you need to keep going and to actually take better care of the people you love most? I said YES to an opportunity only 3 months ago that I know will change my life forever... But I was so close to saying NO to it based on the fact that I was not thinking about looking after myself first. Even though I was unhappy, unmotivated and feeling like I really did not know what was next for me...I almost said no!! Have you even stopped to take a single breath in, to work out what you are saying NO to right now that would give you exactly what you are looking for because you are too busy being busy? Are you saying NO to taking better care of your body or your health, are you saying NO to other business or income opportunities because you dont have the time , or worse you are not willing to explore what those opportunities could mean because you heard things or took advice from someone else. (who was probably also struggling) Being able to fill your lungs with so much air that you can go out and help as many people as you want and never run out of breath, is far more exciting...what you will achieve with full lungs will be far more amazing! So say YES to yourself and put your mask on 1st and do what is in your heart not what is bouncing around in your head!
