I love each and every student that has ever walked through the doors of one of my fitness classes and I hope you ALL know that you light up my heart!! BUT....I have to shout out (and she will pry kill me, but Im so freaking proud of her) my cousin Tori Miller who has committed and came to not only 1, but both classes this week!! I always tell everyone the absolute hardest step to take in coming to a class, is coming for the very first time. I get it...you dont know what to expect, you think others may judge you or you wont be able to keep up, how will I look??? I totally get it. Thats why I started my journey at home ;) But my classes are a place of laughter, no judgment and support! We are all of different sizes, ages and abilities. Tori, I am so proud of you for pushing out of your comfort zone by coming and never giving up during class! You are doing amazing and to see that big old smile come across your face at the end of class is priceless and makes me so happy!!! Now, whos going to come try it next week with us? ;)
