I love easy weekend eating... No fuss - no bother. Heres a Calzone that speaks for itself! Serve with nice dipping sauces or a nice homemade tomato sauce... I get a pack of bread dough from Spar of Pick n Pay - use puff pastry for a flaky calzone! Preheat oven to 180C. Divide dough into two - roll out one half of dough, place cold meats, such as salami etc, as per photograph, not too close together... Top with cheese, roll the second half of dough, place on top of cheese. Or use slices of tomato, some fresh herbs and cheese for a Margherita calzone. Press down around each calzone and cut with a pastry wheel. Place on a greased baking tray and bake until calzone is a golden brown colour....
