Tonight I learnt how the Volcano really impacted Montserrat, the set backs but also the advancements the island has made and how they intend to become self sufficient 18 years after the devastating volcano........... I also found out about the beautiful island of St Helena, though remote, expensive and somewhat primitive, stands as one of the most beautiful places in the world... (takes you 6 days to get there and there is only one boat that goes to the island every few months) I also learnt that Kiribati will be the first island in the world to be destroyed by climate change.......
