I love honest repair men and great neighbors. The repairman/installer for the hot water heater said the leak was not from the hot water heater and that the heater was fine. He traced the leak to a condensation line on the a/c. My neighbor works on a/cs professionally. I called him and he came right over and talked to the installer. My neighbor has gone to get some parts and will fix it for me. I can then return the hot water heater. Wow. From about $1200 with installation to about $20. I will give cudos to the installer when I call them and will get my neighbor a case of beer.
