I love how the sheriff states that it is a "privilege" to drive on "their" roads, like they are granting some magical wish to utilize publically funded (tax payer) roads. I’m sick of this. Technically yes, by obtaining a sate issued driver’s license (legal privilege) you have consented to the obscure wishes and contractual nonsense of the state. And within the contract (driver’s license) you have signed, you are subject to the presumption set forth and arbitrary statutory regulations conjured up by agenda driven, revenue seeking statist (this doesn’t mean there should be no regulation). But the thing that bothers me the most is the totality of our perceived “rights.” This is an illusion driven by state, federal agencies and municipalities (corporations by definition). So when we cry out that our “civil liberties” and “unalienable rights” are being violated, in fact, they are not. When you consent and agree, through contract, to do BUSINESS with the state or respective municipality, you have given up every perceived right (although remedy is available through the termination of the contract). YOUR TRAVEL SHOULD NOT BE IMPEDED, regardless of “reasonable suspicion” or “probable cause.” Unfortunately, most all parties involved in this convoluted, rights driven dispute, are unaware of the supremacy of the law. If you are truly unsatisfied with the governing body of the supposed democratically elected body of representatives, you are obligated to dispute the contract which requires you to preform duties. There are 4 elements of a contract, one of which is equal consideration. For example, if you purchase something from walmart, you are given a receipt (contract, which you have agreed upon and endorsed by your signature or pin#). Within that contract, you are provided an opportunity to remedy any outstanding disagreements or dis-satisfactions with their product (return and credit policy). If you do not comply with the policy presented (receipt as an agreement), they will not satisfy any request. ITS IN THE CONTRACT YOU ENDORSED. So, if you have an issue with the local, state or federal corporation, it is within your duty to address grievances, OR DISCONTINUE FURTHER BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS. You have two options, contract with the state/fed/municipality/corporation, OR NOT! Remedy (solution) will result in 14th amendment citizens ending contracts with the fascist/oligarchy corporations that dictate our way of life through consent. This is a small, obscure, yet prime example of the contrived relationship that exists between those who work their asses off to provide for their families, and those who have beneficially positioned themselves within a Ponzi scheme (90% of law enforcers are good people and are also providing for their family). Our system has been high jacked, and unfortunately it is up to each individual to exercise their respective legal remedy, or be subjugated to a progressive system of dependence and permission. I’m tired of asking permission from a system that is compartmentally incompetent. As long as I don’t harm others or cause financial distress, I should not be punished. Bottom line and the point to my rant is; YOU HAVE THE ABILITY TO OPT OUT OF THE CONTRACT THE BINDS YOU TO PERPETUAL SERFDOM. More to come...
