I love, love, love Amway customer service! I had a customer who has been using their awesome powdered laundry detergent for months. All of a sudden, it was ruining some of her dark shirts. That is not good! I called and found out that in hard water, even our great detergent will tend to build up in the washer over time and then will leave deposits on your dark clothes. The wonderful lady I talked with suggested a rinse in 1/2 vinegar and 1/2 warm water. That totally took care of the problem! The customer service rep I talked to immediately opened a file in case there were other complaints from the same lot of detergent, said they would reimburse her for the shirts if she really felt that the detergent caused them to be ruined and were prepared to give her money back or replace with the liquid detergent (what they recommend for hard water). That is amazing customer service!
