I love my Hamilton Beach food processor. I baked in the oven a regular chicken, sprinkled with Adobo seasoning sprinkled over it. When it was still warm, I deboned it and put the chicken in the fridge overnight, after eating what we wanted for dinner. I always cook my chicken on 350 for 1-1/2 hours, wrapped in aluminum foil, then reduce the oven to 275 for another hour or so. The longer, the better, until very tender. After the chicken has been in the fridge overnight, I take out the pieces that I stored, about half or more of the meat, however much we want. Then place them in the food processor and pulse just a few times, and it is shredded finely. I take that out, then put the processor back together, no need to wash because what goes in next will be mixed with the chicken later. Next add these ingredients to the processor, pulse a few times in the processor, then mix together with the chicken, along with mayonnaise and pickle relish to taste. Then you have enough for a lot of cold chicken salad sandwiches, or on a salad. Cherry tomatoes, about 10 or so 2 stalks of celery, cut in some pieces One Gala apple, cut in pieces to fit into processor Green leaf lettuce, a few pieces torn off, whole Mayonnaise Pickle relish bedbathandbeyond/store/product/hamilton-beach-big-mouth-duo-plus-food-processor/1018491494?device=t&network=g&matchtype=&mcid=PS_googlepla_nonbrand_kitchenelectrics_&gclid=CMTEpNHxub8CFabm7AodsDgAhA
