I love my children dearly & they are generally very responsible.....but this morning...... 10 mins before time to leave: Child #1- Im supposed to take my costume to school with me today. (Thats awesome-Cause it needs to be ironed!) On the way to school with ironed costume in the car: Child #2- I think we were supposed to bring money for lunch on our field trip (ok I can handle this one! I have cash in my purse. Drop child #2 off with lunch $ đ) In line to drop off child #1: Child #2 texts. Turns out it was an actual lunch they needed to bring not money. Meanwhile Child #1 is freaking out because they dont see anyone else taking a costume in. (In spite of me giving them my angry eyes) Child #1 decides to leave freshly ironed costume in the car. Driving to find a lunch for Child #2: Child #1 calls. Turns out they did need their costume. Ugh!!!! đ Moral of the story: You can get fully dressed with hair & make up done to take your kids to school 100 times and they will never need a thing.....but roll out of bed & go to town in the sweatpants you slept in one day and youll get to go in five different places before 8:30AM!!! Lol
