I love my friends. It pains me when I see misinformation. Please do not think your child needs rice cereal. They dont. Avocado or sweet potato are much better first foods, and baby led weaning is amazing. And rice cereal in a bottle is a choking and asphyxiation hazard, breast milk or formula.
