I love my new job. If you see this post today, please breathe a prayer for me... My supervisor told me two things yesterday. First, he said the slight nervousness never goes away: we answer phones for hundreds of companies, and each one is handled differently. I have to read the computer screen quickly, to handle the call right... The second thing he said to me, kindly and gently (he is a Christian brother!) was, We need to get your numbers up.... Please breathe a prayer that I experience *profound calm* as I answer these phone calls :-) and that I be swift! Thanks!...
