I love nothing more then people who are passionate about change to better the health and future of humanity as a whole. Its important to spread knowledge on better ways of doing things in order for us to progress as a society. However i do Think We should be carefull in how We deliver This helpfull information in order to keep it positive and motivational to as many people as possible. People will switch off if they feel like they are being judged Or alianated, they may also not bother trying to make small changes if they are bombarded with endless things that they must change in order to be healthy Or helpfull. I find that planting the seed for knowledge to grow in a persons own personal garden is a much more gentle and effective way at delivering information. Little bit at a time. Also to those wanting to change even little things about their current life style dont be afraid of taking baby steps you dont have to jump in head first in order to make a difference none of us are perfect.
