I love our government sometimes. So some brilliant person behind a desk has now decided that on top of taking and paying for a written and driving test, paying an extra $100 licence renewsl fee and having to take yearly physical (none of which I have a problem with) to have a cdl license you now need to fill out a form yearly to justify what kind of license you need and include copies of documents. I mean seriously???? The only justifiable reason is to help the post office generate extra revenue in postage sales
