I love reading books by Nicci French. They are psychological thrillers and have unexpected twists and intriguing characters. The one I am reading now, COMPLICITY, Penguin 2009, is starting out in a less compelling way than the others but I have faith in her story-telling so I am going to stick it out. I am glad that this is not the first Nicci French I have picked up though. I heartily recommend Secret Smile, Losing You, The Safe House or The Red Room.
