For the past 3 months, I read the most amazing testimonials on a friend’s Facebook page. The stories she shared were about health and wellness, healing your body from the inside out with natural products. They were refreshing, unlike the weight loss ads that attacked my FB newsfeed with the coming of the New Year. For almost 2 years, I have struggled with exhaustion, brain fog, and moments of hormonal craziness (anxiety/anger.)
