I love stir fry for breakfast when the garden is in season and I have a huge variety. We always grow sweet potatoes, and normally the sweet potato row is a jungle by this time of year. All of those tops usually go to waste when the sweet potatoes are dug. This morning, sweet potato greens were the main item in my stir fry.
