I love studying viruses; I find them to be very interesting cause they seem to have a mind of their own. Their host cell is a bacteria and in this day and age, human beings have LOTS of different bacterias in their system so viruses have lots of cells to take over and call them home! The reason is simple...too many antibiotics...not enough probiotics...lots of people with compromised health from polluted food and environment...lots of cells for viruses to take over. I have always thought it to be a bit silly that scientists number strains of different viruses cause viruses mutate...thats what they do since the beginning of viruses, so by the time scientists number a virus...the virus has mutated. In reality...the virus doesnt care what number they have been given and neither does our immune system...viruses are just doing their thing! Learning the tools to support your immune system to be stronger than all the bacterias and viruses were exposed to is the key. Knowledge is power and the more people learn the tools of nature, the better chance we have to be healthy and strong in this toxic world. Being proactive will always be the answer. And as always, nature offers us answers where pharmaceuticals fall short. Daily probiotics and Vit D3, along with wonderful natural antiviral products...thats the way to go! Olive leaf and elderberry are two of my personal favorites but there are many more to learn about. So empower your health, dont live in fear of getting something and know...nature has great wisdom!
