I love substitute teaching!!! Its fun to be in the classroom again especially because I was a mom, and now a grandmother, so I have these different perspectives of students to draw from. It has forced me to kind of go through my bag of tricks and continue to learn. The children are a joy. Substituted for some fifth graders today...angels, no kidding. So when I got home I was able to snag two extra jobs next week. Now I have three jobs to look forward to. A second grade and 2 middle school classes. I am trying really hard to stay healthy, but this is just inspiring, interesting, and so enjoyable. I was kind of, a little, nervous about starting this because I am older, but I kind of think maybe thats not a big deal. Maybe because I really, really like and enjoy the children, they are responding. Anyway, what a really great way for me to build my savings back up!
