I love the 20 minute workouts because I can never come up with an excuse not to do them! Occasionally my body was too tired, but I always made sure to make up for it somewhere else in the week. I had a few stumbles along the way where I wanted to give up, not on the T-Tapping but on my diet and the emotional ups and downs were sometimes difficult. What I gained from this challenge isn’t the inch loss (although that was nice too) but feeling like I’m on my way to feeling better. My body is better balanced, my posture has improved immensely and I feel better about myself in general. T-Tapp has given me the freedom to not feel guilty. I think that may be the most important thing I learned from my journey with T-Tapp. I now live my life without worrying about what I can and cannot eat! I have ice cream with my kids, enjoy a glass of wine with my husband and try my best to eat well and get regular exercise the rest of the time. Teresas approach to health, fitness and wellness has spoken volumes to me and I can honestly say I am now a life long T-Tapper! Regardless of whether Ive won this challenge or not, in my heart I know that I’ve already won. - Leah D.
