I love the idea of using your bed just for sleeping. It really makes sense. I remember reading about this concept in some article about insomnia -- no reading, watching TV or writing in bed. Just the lull of nothing to do but look at the inside of your lids. I have five books and three notebooks by my bed and I watch standup comedy until Im sleepy and I drink coffee and read the paper and write on my lil iPad and I do my morning pages ... my brain runs around like a puppy until it collapses from exhaustion. it was really nice to talk to one of my favorite facebookians Adrienne Anderson tonight. Facebook is like TV, College or Books. You can watch TV to watch rich women in fancy clothes clobber each other at parties, go to college to get drunk in a dorm and you can use books as a doorstop, or you can do something worthwhile with the aforementioned tools.
