I love this Land. As a Pagan, the Land, the Waters,the Forests are sacred to me.As a storyteller, I share the mythology of the Land, as a singer and writer of poetry, I draw on my love of the Land and my energetic connection with it. As an activist, I stand for the Land and the people who live on it and have their being here.. I am steeped in Irishness, I love and use the language, I love our music and dance. But if you start defining Irish Identity by who we keep out or exclude.. Then count me out. !!! We are who we are after wave upon wave of invasion and immigration as other parts of the world are what they are because Irish emigrants are part of the tapestry of that place.
